Rising Co, VISSLA and Florence Marine X Fall To Now A Pilates Studio

What originally started as a 'The Rising Co. in Oceanside, CA is a lively coastal community hub and co-op marketplace set inside a renovated historic service station. It brings together Seaborne Coffee, a curated selection of apparel, art, and home goods from local makers, and a steady lineup of events, workshops, and pop-up markets. Blending café, retail, and event space, it’s designed to uplift emerging brands and nurture authentic community connections, all with a focus on local, sustainable, and ethically sourced goods.' Then a few years in things changed being one of the owners of the building and partners in Rising Co works for Stokehouse LLC (under Paul Naude) brought in Amuse Society than later Vissla and Florence Marine X took over completely. Well unfortunately surf shops and surf clothing is not in high demand and the store is now being taken over by a pilates studio. 

*Side note Atacama surf shop in Oceanside has one year left on there lease and maybe the same pilates studio was looking at there location.
