Rowan Clothing Brand Moves Into Encinitas

We have a new player in Encinitas California at the location of 1055 South Coast Hwy 101 Encinitas CA 92024. At first glance this location seems to be a wonderful and lucrative spot, but with it's haunting pass no business has lasted here. You have Hansens surf shop just to the south (same parking lot), but besides that nothing else in this area that drives much foot traffic. Cash flow might not be a problem for owners Brian Rowan and Joe Roberts  being they have three locations all in very expensive square footage in La Jolla, Rancho Santa Fe and now in Encinitas. 

Love Is The Road - Now let's see if we can last
