When will I receive my order?
All products ship using economy ground within 3 business days from your order date. All photography orders can take up to 2 weeks to make and ship due to those are all made to order.
Can I cancel or edit my order?
We get it, things happen. So if you need to edit or cancel you order, you may do so within 30 minutes of clicking the submit button. You will need to call us at (760) 612-0032 to make arrangement.
Can I track my order?
Sure thing. Your shipping confirmation email will include your order’s tracking number.
Can I return my order?
Absolutely. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you can return it within 30 days of your purchase date. Unfortunately, we do not accept returned products that have damage, signs of wear, worn, altered, washed and or any sale items. Please allow up to 48 hours from the date we received your returned merchandise for your full refund. Please call us at (760) 612-0032 if you have any questions regarding your return and you will be responsible for the cost of shipment if the return is refused.

Economy Ground Shipping: $3 for orders up to $10; $6 for orders up to $30; $8 for orders up to $60; and for orders over $60 shipping is free.

Economy Ground Shipping: $4 for orders up to $10; $8 for orders up to $30; $10 for orders up to $60; $15 for orders up to $100; and for orders over $100 shipping is free.

What are your international shipping rates?
USPS, DHL or UPS Shipping: $10 for orders up to $20, $25 for orders up to $50, $35 for orders up to $100, $45 for orders up to $150, $55 for orders up to $200 and $70 for all orders over $200.
Who pays for the duties, taxes and any fees?
The customer is solely responsible for all duties, import taxes and brokerage fees (if applicable). These are not included in the cost of shipping or handling of your order. Customs, duties, and taxes vary widely from country to country; please check with your local customs agency for details on estimated costs. Customs, duty, and taxes are non-refundable: so if you refuse a shipment because of unexpected import fees, the cost of the original shipping, any brokerage/customs/duty/taxes, and any return shipping charges will not be refunded.
What is your return policy for all international orders?
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you can return it within 30 days of your purchase date only if the product hasn't been used, damaged, washed and tags are still attached. Please allow 7-14 days from the date we received your returned merchandise for your full refund. A return confirmation will be sent to you as soon as your return has been processed. Your refund will be credited back in US Dollars at the current exchange rate. Sea Of Seven does not cover any cost on shipping, duties, taxes and fees on any international returns. We recommend sending the merchandise back using the most cost effective shipping that is available to you that includes tracking.
