    Do you offer free shipping including Alaska and Hawaii?

    Yes! We will gladly cover the cost of shipping to all 50 states. Your order will be sent via Economy Ground Shipping by USPS.

    What are your shipping rates? (excluding Alaska and Hawaii)
    • Economy Ground Shipping: Free.
    • 2nd Day Shipping: $10 for orders up to $50; $15 for orders up to $150; $22 for orders up to $250; and $25 for orders of $250 or more.
    • Next Day Shipping: $15 for orders up to $50; $20 for orders up to $120; $27 for orders up to $250; and $30 for orders of $250 or more.
    What are your shipping rates to Alaska and Hawaii?
    • Economy Ground Shipping: Free.
    • 2nd Day Shipping: $12 for orders up to $50; $17 for orders up to $150; $25 for orders up to $250; and $27 for orders of $250 or more.
    • Next Day Shipping: $17 for orders up to $50; $23 for orders up to $120; $30 for orders up to $250; and $35 for orders of $250 or more.

    Can I place a custom order for photos, prints, posters, wall murals, etc?

    Definitely. Any images sold here on Sea Of Seven or on our sister site at surfimages.com can be printed on our poster, print, wall mural, canvas, acrylic, wood, or metal mediums. For all custom orders please call or email us at anytime and we'll do our best to make exactly what you are looking for.

    Do you ship internationally?

    Yes, for all international order information please click on the "INTERNATIONAL ORDERS" tab from the side menu.

    Can I track my order?

    Sure thing. Your shipping confirmation email will include your order’s tracking number.

    Can I edit or cancel my order?

    We get it, things happen. So if you need to edit or cancel you order, you may do so within 30 minutes of clicking the submit button. You will need to call us at (760) 612-0032 to make arrangement.

    Can I return my order?

    Absolutely. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you can return it within 30 days of your purchase date. Unfortunately, we do not accept returned products that have been worn, altered or washed. Please allow up to 48 hours from the date we received your returned merchandise for your full refund. Please call us at (760) 612-0032 if you have any questions regarding your return. It’s important for you to know that we reserve the right to refuse a return/refund if the item(s) have any signs of wear, alternations, misuse or damage. Also, you will be responsible for the cost of shipment if the return is refused.

    What type of payments do you accept?

    We accept debit cards and credit cards from Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal. Unfortunately, at this time we do not accept personal checks, cashier checks or money orders.

    Do your products come with a warranty?

    They certainly do. We cover any apparent malfunctions or defects in material or workmanship under a 30-day warranty from the original purchase date.
